The First Brandon National Bank retained N·B·F Architects to design a new branch on an open lot in West Rutland.

The building was carefully sited so it added to the architectural quality of the neighborhood by respecting the massing and materials of the adjoining residential structures. Construction was completed in 2004.

The branch lobby has a three-person teller line with a drive up window. The facility also has three offices, a conference room and an employees break room.
