The first phase was completed in 2015 and filled a rear corner of the historic library to achieve an ADA compliant inclined walk and toilet room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second phase was constructed in 2018 on the other rear corner of the library. The addition features a Children\u2019s Room and includes a stair to the basement.
