Hollister Hill Apartments is a new complex in Marshfield, Vermont. The new buildings replaced four existing structures that were beyond repair and did not comply with current codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are two apartment buildings that contain a total of sixteen units. The layouts include townhouse style apartments in the middle of the building with single level units on either end. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One storage space is provided per unit in a new storage\/maintenance building also located on the property. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the apartment and storage buildings, a new community building was constructed near the entrance of the complex for use by local groups. The community building includes two offices for one-on-one meetings, a large central room for gatherings, laundry facilities for residents, and a pellet heating plant for the complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
