Hollister Hill Apartments is a new complex in Marshfield, Vermont. The new buildings replaced four existing structures that were beyond repair and did not comply with current codes.

There are two apartment buildings that contain a total of sixteen units. The layouts include townhouse style apartments in the middle of the building with single level units on either end. (Image shown provided by ReArch Company.)

One storage space is provided per unit in a new storage/maintenance building also located on the property. (Image shown provided by ReArch Company.)

In addition to the apartment and storage buildings, a new community building was constructed near the entrance of the complex for use by local groups. The community building includes two offices for one-on-one meetings, a large central room for gatherings, laundry facilities for residents, and a pellet heating plant for the complex.
