The Wagner Studio is part of a private residence located at Lake Ninevah in Mt. Holly, Vermont.

The studio is a space for the owners to focus on their hobbies and will also be used for family gatherings.

High ceilings make the studio feel larger and the numerous windows allow natural light to fill the space.

A loft provides a secluded area that overlooks the first floor on both sides and has excellent views out of the building.
